Vector's partner in Wickliffe, OH, manufactures military and commercial turbine blades and vanes for aircraft and land-based applications. They need an Alloy Revert Technician to join their growing team! 

1st Shift
7a - 3p  Mon - Fri with rotating weekends

Responsibilities: 

• Perform daily various computer transactions to maintain production, inventory and accounting records.
• Coordinate and issue alloy ingots to the foundry per daily schedule.
• Manage daily inventory and order alloy ingots to meet the planned foundry schedule.
• Manage the qualification of each new master heat.
• Mange vendor master heat testing, verify compliance and issue certifications to customer specifications
• Perform physical alloy inventories as needed.
• Collect revert from various locations in the facility, process, sort and segregate.
• Maintain alloy and revert storage in terms of segregation/organization and general cleanliness of the area.
• Cut and weld ingots as needed.
• Maintain master heat database for production, P/N’s and engineering special lots.

• Must have basic computer skills, Microsoft Office products preferred
• Capable of strenuous physical activity associated to revert and alloy handling.
• Must be capable of handling ingots of up to 100 pounds.
• Towmotor experience preferred.
• Welding (TIG) skills desired
