As an HR Intern – Sourcing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our experienced Recruiters and Account Managers to learn the foundations of recruiting, talent sourcing, and candidate engagement. This is a growth-focused internship designed to lead into potential long-term opportunities in recruiting.
 
What You’ll Learn and Do:
• Source talent using platforms like Indeed and our CRM system
• Conduct phone screenings with candidates daily
• Match candidate skills to job openings at our 50+ manufacturing client partners
• Assist in scheduling interviews and supporting the candidate experience
• Gain proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data entry
• Shadow recruiters during interviews
 
What We’re Looking For:
• Students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
