They have an expansion opening for a Parcel Expert.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the enhancement and refinement of company's parcel audit program to ensure best-in-class delivery to clients.
- Design and implement improved audit workflows and client reporting to capture greater parcel savings.
- Act as a subject matter expert to guide internal teams on industry best practices in parcel auditing.
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve our parcel audit service into a market-leading solution.
- Drive insights into client metrics and reporting
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in domestic parcel shipping- including direct experience working at UPS or FedEx.
- Bring hands-on expertise from a parcel-focused audit firm to strengthen the company's offering.
- Experience supporting clients through high-value contract management and strategic bid events
