If you're the technician that people call when hydraulics blow a seal, a pump starts screaming, or a gearbox decides to die at 2 a.m., this is your shift. Vector's partner is hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for their steel pickling & slitting operation. This is a nightshift role built for high-skill troubleshooters who want fewer interruptions, and the kind of overtime structure that pushes earnings into six-figure territory.

Shift: 6:00pm-6:00am, 24/7 bi-weekly rotation
        *Training is completed on day shift before moving to nights

Salary: Up to $100k/yr. depending on experience (with a $5k sign-on bonus)

What You'll Work On

• Pickling line equipment
• Slitters
• Hydraulics (pumps, valves, cylinders)
• Pneumatics
• Conveyors
• Gearboxes
• Welding & fabrication repairs
• Basic electrical troubleshooting

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or heavy mechanical experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, conveyors, or gearboxes
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred
• PLC experience is a plus
• Comfortable with computers, meters, and measurement tools
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
