Vector Technical is looking for a creative, energetic Marketing & Community Manager to bring our brand to life through social media, events, community engagement, and collaboration with our sales and recruiting teams.

Part Time  25-30 hrs/wk.
Willoughby, OH 
On-Site/Hybrid

This is a hands-on role for a doer.  We're looking for someone who can develop ideas - and then grab the phone, create the content, coordinate the event, and make it happen.

Responsibilities:

• Own organic social media across LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram.
• Create posts, photos, videos, and engaging content
• Manage our social content calendar
• Plan and execute recruiting, client & community events.
• Capture and edit photo/video content
• Partner with sales, recruiting & leadership on marketing initiatives
• Coordinate vendors, print materials, and promotional items
• Work with our external marketing agency to keep initiatives aligned.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of marketing, social media, communications, or community management experience
• Strong social media and content creation skills
• Comfortable shooting and editing basic photo/video
• Experience coordinating events
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Organized, outgoing, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• B2B, staffing, recruiting, manufacturing, or industrial experience is a plus.
