Vector's partner is seeking a Shipping Coordinator who would be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and monitoring all outbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products. This role serves as the primary point of contact for carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations and proper documentation.

1st Shift - (6a-2:30p) - $20/hr. 
2nd Shift - (2p-12:30a) - $21/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments.
• Verify accuracy of orders, including quantities, product types, and destination details.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight companies.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed..

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent credentials.
