Job Description

Vector's partner in Mentor, Ohio manufactures custom heat applied transfers that apply with a heat press to apparel and more. Their transfers are used by athletic apparel dealers, T-shirt retailers, and many other markets in the U.S. and Canada. They are looking for associates to join their team as Screen Printers!

Available Shifts:
1st Shift (7a-3:30p) - $17/hr. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operating a printing press with training to learn Screen Print processes
  • Set-up, teardown between jobs
  • Prioritizing and completing work based on shipping schedule
  • Quality checks
  • Communicating needs/suggestions/concerns to Team Lead and Manager
  • Assisting in other areas when the business requires
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • An understand of, or willingness to learn, Screen Print processes.
  • The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet up to 10 hours a shift.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and have transportation to work.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
  • Quality-minded
