Our client in Euclid, OH, designs and manufactures engineered products that satisfy the rigorous requirements of the aerospace industry. They are in need of a CMM Programmer to join their successful operation.

Our client in Euclid, OH, designs and manufactures engineered products that satisfy the rigorous requirements of the aerospace industry. They are in need of a CMM Programmer to join their successful operation.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer/Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for programming and operating CMM using PC-DMIS and/or CMM Manager. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CMM using PC-DMIS or CMM Manager
- Develop CMM programs to inspect parts for production
- Works with production, quality and engineers teams
- Inspects first article, in-process and final and accurately documents inspection results
- Maintain accurate records of measurement data and inspection results
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CMM programming and operation, specifically with PC-DMIS and/or CMM Manager
- Understanding of GD&T principles
- Read interpret blueprints, schematics and engineering drawings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate from Tech school a plus
