Our client is considered a global leader in labeling and packaging materials and solutions. They are currently seeking a (COATING) MACHINE OPERATOR for their facility in Painesville, Ohio!

2nd and 3rd Shift positions available


Responsibilities:

  • Load raw material into machine and unload finished product
  • Determine and control the machine cycle varying and modifying as necessary
  • Perform tests and check product routinely for multiple characteristics
  • Meet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity
  • Follow standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions
  • Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs
  • Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance
  • Assist and support other team members in meeting department goals
  • Support safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Stable work history (NO JOB HOPPERS)
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instruction
  • Strong service and quality focus
  • Actively contribute in a team-based environment
  • Must be able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests
