Contract Machining Apprentice

Job Description
Our client in Lake County, OH, designs and manufactures engineered products that satisfy the rigorous requirements of the aerospace industry. They are in need of a Machining Apprentice to join their successful operation for a contract position.
1st Shift Opportunity
10 hr. Shift Mon-Fri (Flexible start time), and ½ days some Saturdays - Must be able to work OT.
Compensation based upon experience
This is a 3-6 month contract with the possibility of contract extension.
Responsibilities:
Work to manufacture parts to be used in military and commercial applications by learning how to use the following types of machines:
Lathes
Mills
Honing
You will have the chance to increase your skills and expand your knowledge of the industry by working with an engineer-minded team in this clean, climate-controlled facility.
Attention to detail is a requirement, as tight tolerances must be upheld.
This may be a great fit for recent graduates from Auburn Career Center looking to break into manufacturing.
