Vector's partner, Avery Dennison, is a global materials science and digital identification solutions company.
They are seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative for one of their Painesville, OH plants.  The individual will manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment.
1st Shift M-F 8a-5p
$21 - $23/hr., depending upon skills.
** This is a Contract position, with the potential to be hired-in at the end of 2025. **

They are seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative for one of their Painesville, OH plants.  The individual will manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of customer accounts in terms of order processing, order follow-up, pricing integrity, on-time delivery, expediting, and complete order fulfillment.
- Implement account service strategies.
- Principal liaison with marketing and sales for assigned customers.
- Champion customer needs, proactively follow-up on customer inquiries, and be the customer’s advocate by driving the voice of the customer (VOC) into the organization.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and Transportation to ensure on-delivery
- Back-up team members when workload makes this necessary.
- Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of five (5) years customer service or related experience a plus, preferably in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Ability to lead customer-facing meetings independently, with little support or supervision required.
- Strong written, verbal and phone skills required.
- Detail oriented with excellent prioritization skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong data entry and organizational skills required.
