Job Description
Vector's partner in Mentor, Ohio manufactures custom heat applied transfers that apply with a heat press to apparel and more. Their transfers are used by athletic apparel dealers, T-shirt retailers, and many other markets in the U.S. and Canada. They are looking for associates to join their team as a Direct-to-Film Production Technician!
3rd Shift (10:30p-7a) $1/hr. + $1.50 shift diff = $18.50/hr.
DTF Production Tech Summary:
The DTF Production Technician supports the printing and transfer process used to create custom designs for garments and other products. Responsibilities include handling materials for the work area, operating equipment, and assisting with production tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to print, cut, conduct quality checks digitally printed productsÂ
• Operate light printing machines and computerÂ
• Will cross-train in each area of the department (learn to run printers, cutters, and shipping procedures)Â
• Communicate needs/suggestions/concerns to Team Lead, Supervisor, or ManagerÂ
• Assist in other areas when the business requiresÂ
• Other duties as assignedÂ
• May need to work overtime as necessary (possible same day or weekends)Â
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with printing machines
• Ability to print, cut, conduct quality checks digitally printed productsÂ
