Job Description
2nd ShiftÂ
$19.50/hr. + $2.10 Shift Differential = $21.60
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of running the robotic shell building system, including accessing and frequent use of the computer system
- Generate and analyze system reports
- Identify molds, dip and sand, place molds in dehumidification room, logging all aspects of production
- Perform ceramic slurry testing as required
- Mix ceramic slurries from supplied formula, clean sand beds and slurry tanks, maintain adequate supply levels
- Must be able to achieve qualification and certification to operate a tow motor
- Additional duties as assigned by supervision
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing industry. Castings experience is a plus!
- A high school diploma is preferred, and may be substituted for experience.

- Shop Math: Understanding of basic math calculations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- U.S. Person’s Status is Required (Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
