Job Description
Our partnering Client near Brookpark is looking for a Team Player Candidate to join their growing Company. Clean and organized environment with work life balance!
EDM Set Up and Operator
Monday - Friday 9a-5p
Pay is competitive, and is based on your experience level.
REQUIRED DUTIES:
- Set up and operate up to 6 FANUC machines simultaneously, with cycle times of 2 hrs. to overnight.
- You must have prior EDM set up experience to qualify.
- General knowledge of CNC controls
- Strong attention to details
- Read customer drawings and prints
- Write programs
- Ability to work with tight tolerance tools.
- Use inspection equipment and precision measuring tools
- Maintain machines, fixturing, and tooling through preventive maintenance work
- Familiar with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
