Job Description
Vector's partner in Eastlake, OH is a leading manufacturer of highly-engineered castings and sub-assemblies primarily for the commercial aerospace, defense and industrial gas turbine markets. They are looking for a Grain Rework Finishing Operator to join their team! Â
2nd Shift
$17/hr.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Utilizing automated, powered, and hand tools (such as grinders or belt sanders)
- Slowly working away excess material until the finished product is reached.
- Following precise directions to rework material to exact dimensions.
- The right candidate will need to be detailed oriented in order to measure using precision.
All positions come with training
QUALIFICATIONS
- Age: Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience: No prior experience required. We Will Train the Right Person
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Read. Write legibly. Basic computer skills. Quality conscious. Safety conscious. Detailed oriented. Sense of urgency.
