Job Description
Our client, a manufacturer of pneumatic tools, in Willoughby is seeking a motivated individual for set up and operation of grinding and honing machines for our growing department.
1st Shift
Up to $28/hr., depending upon experience
Candidates should have strong mechanical abilities. Experience with manual machining, measuring and blueprint reading required. Our honing machines use precision, power-stroke honing to very tight tolerances.

Responsibilities include the setup, programing and operation of the various grinding machines in the department.
Experience with Sunnen Honing machines is desired (SH4000 and ML5000); however, training is available.
Additional experience with the following is a plus:
- Studer OD CNC Grinding Machines
- Supertec OD CNC Grinding Machines
- Sunnen Honing Machines
- DCM Surface Grinding Machines
- Manual Machine Set-up
Requirements:

- Experience with manual lathes and milling machines
- Some technical college helpful.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use various hand tools
