Located in Willoughby, OH, this Industrial Maintenance Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced maintenance professionals to contribute to a dynamic, safety-focused environment while advancing their careers.
1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with overtime opportunities
 $25+/hr.
Responsibilities:
•   Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following industry standards, company policies, and regulatory codes
•   Support production by maximizing equipment uptime through proactive maintenance and quick repairs
•   Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems, CNC machines, manual tools, heat treatment units, and mobile equipment
•   Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machinery reliability and performance
•   Conduct root cause analysis on equipment and facility issues to implement effective long-term solutions
•   Recommend and execute modifications to improve equipment efficiency, safety, and longevity
•   Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting
•   Stay updated on industry practices and technologies through ongoing learning and vendor interactions
•   Assist with facility maintenance including building and grounds upkeep
•   Perform additional tasks as needed to support continuous operations
Qualifications & Skills:
•   Proven experience in industrial machine repair and maintenance, especially electro-mechanical systems
•   Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting capabilities
•   Skilled in maintaining CNC equipment, manual tools, and facility systems
•   Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly, and navigate large manufacturing environments
•   Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cost-effective, sustainable solutions
