1st Shift:Â 7a-3:30p
2nd Shift:Â 2p-10p
Union wage of $35.05/hr. plus OT.
There is a potential 6% annual bonus target as well.

What You’ll Do:
- Safely maintain and repair manufacturing and utilities equipment in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment, reporting deviations and supporting problem investigations.
- Use computer systems to source spare parts and complete required documentation.
- Install, calibrate, inspect, and repair instruments and electrical equipment in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, ISA).
- Interpret and utilize electrical and process control drawings such as wiring schematics, P&lDs, and instrument loop diagrams.
- Repair and troubleshoot motor control circuits, VFDs, and other related equipment.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentor team members as needed.
- Identify and share continuous improvement ideas to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and promote safe working practices.
- Accurately complete reports and documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety principles, and life-saving rules.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- A 2-year technical degree or certificate in industrial electrical or instrumentation (preferred), or at least 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance environment without a degree.
- Prior experience in a chemical plant or similar industrial environment is a plus
- Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems, along with certifications from trade schools or professional organizations (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule and handle physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
