Our client in Painesville, OH, designs and manufactures engineered products that satisfy the rigorous requirements of the aerospace industry. They are in need of a Machine Maintenance Mechanic Apprentice to join their successful operation.
1st Shift: M-F 6a-3:30p
Pay is dependent upon experience and skills
Recent graduates from trade schools will be considered

Job Description
Our client in Painesville, OH, designs and manufactures engineered products that satisfy the rigorous requirements of the aerospace industry. They are in need of a Machine Maintenance Mechanic Apprentice to join their successful operation.
1st Shift: M-F 6a-3:30p
Pay is dependent upon experience and skills
Recent graduates from trade schools will be considered
Train with the current Maintenance employee on the following duties
- Installation, maintenance and repair of production or processing equipment.
- Install or repair conveyers, replace motors, tear down or replace pumps, maintain fluid collection or distribution equipment, large compressors and repair electro-mechanical equipment.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, work with general supervision.
- Working knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics (test stands), machining and electrical.
- Preventive maintenance on CNC equipment as well as hydraulic pumps and systems.
- Maintain electronic records of maintenance as well as inventory of spare parts.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of technical training (trade school) or 5+ years of related work experience
- Computer literacy, understanding of preventative maintenance software and purchasing system
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
