Are you looking for a stable, full-time manufacturing opportunity in a thriving industry? Our reputable client, a leading heat treat company in Willoughby, OH, is seeking a dedicated Braze Assembly Water Spider to join their team. This position offers a dynamic, physically active role in a climate-controlled environment, perfect for hardworking individuals who enjoy active work on their feet.
Shift: 1st Shift, 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Starting Pay: $18.54/hour
Pay Increase: Once fully trained, pay increases to $19.52/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently move heavy bins and materials throughout the production floor using pallet jacks and other equipment.
- Assist braze operators by transporting parts and supplies as needed to ensure seamless production flow.
- Continuously walk and move around the facility to support daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Support team members in various operational tasks to ensure productivity and safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting repeatedly during the shift.
- Experience in moving materials with pallet jacks (pallet jack operation experience preferred).
- Comfortable with physical activity and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
