Job Description
Our client, a manufacturer of pneumatic tools, in Willoughby OH, is seeking a motivated individual for their Assembly position!
1st Shift 6a-3:30p
$23-$29/hr., depending upon experience
Job Description:
Assembly, test and repair of complex pneumatic tools and subassemblies using schematic and dimensional drawings in a work station setting.
**Experience of Automotive engine teardown and repair is a plus

Job Description:
Assembly, test and repair of complex pneumatic tools and subassemblies using schematic and dimensional drawings in a work station setting.
**Experience of Automotive engine teardown and repair is a plus
- Assemble all tools and subassemblies as needed for customer orders. Verify that tools are operating to specifications as set out by engineering, and have all accessories and safety features required.
- Report any shortages or potential shortages of parts in the approved manner.
- Repair returned tools to new condition, or strip them for any usable parts or subassemblies.
- Use calipers, micrometers and other inspection equipment. Inspect new and repair parts to insure that they meet specifications as set by engineering. Inspect parts that do not work correctly, compare them to current parts prints, and be able to Advise engineering or manufacturing as to specific problems with parts.
- Able to define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions. The individual must have the ability to understand and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with program problems.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools and components associated with them.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or 3 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Any pneumatic or CNC machining experience is preferred
