Recruiter - Direct Hire and Manufacturing & Industrial Staffing (Federal, State, and Local Government Approved Vendor)
Location: Willoughby
Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Commission

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and versatile recruiters to lead talent acquisition efforts across Direct Hire, Manufacturing Staffing, and Government sectors. In this role, you will connect skilled professionals with exciting roles across our expanding client base, which includes leading manufacturing organizations and government agencies. Your efforts will be critical in supporting both private sector growth and compliance-driven public sector hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:Â Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting candidates for Direct Hire, Manufacturing and Government roles.
- Strategic Sourcing:Â Leverage innovative sourcing methods to build strong candidate pipelines for manufacturing, industrial, and government opportunities.
- Client Collaboration:Â Partner with hiring managers from manufacturing companies and government agencies to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Compliance Excellence:Â ensure adherence to all government and industry-specific regulations, including OFCCP, GSA, and state/local hiring standards.
- Pipeline Development:Â Build and maintain a robust network of qualified candidates to meet immediate and future staffing needs.
- Relationship Management:Â Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive and professional hiring experience.
- Market Expertise:Â Stay informed about hiring trends, industry demands, and the latest government procurement and staffing strategies.
- Experience:Â Â 3-5 years of recruiting experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Government staffing.
- Knowledge:Â Familiarity with federal and state hiring processes, particularly in manufacturing and GSA-related contracts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms. Experience with GSA-specific tools (eBuy, GSA Advantage) is a plus.
