Location: Hybrid/Willoughby, OH
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic team to source, screen, and place top talent for various GSA job openings. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure seamless recruitment for government contract roles. This position is critical in helping us deliver qualified candidates for federal positions, ranging from facilities, administration, engineering, skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for GSA-related job openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
  • Government Compliance: Ensure that all hiring practices comply with GSA, OFCCP, and other federal regulations.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent for government roles, including job boards, social media, networking events, and hiring fairs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and government clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain and develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future government contract openings.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and ensure smooth and professional hiring process.
  • Market intelligence: Stay up to date with the government hiring trends, compensation structures, and GSA-specific talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on government/GSA related job roles.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with government hiring processes, especially GSA-related contracts and regulations.
  • Certifications: PHR, SPHR, or other relevant certifications preferred but not required
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and GSA specific platforms such as eBuy or GSA Advantage is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience recruiting for positions related to Admin, facilities, engineering, or other roles commonly required for government contracts.
  • Experience working with government contracting companies or within a government agency.
  • Knowledge of security clearance processes and requirements
