Your day while working with Recruiters would include:
- Utilizing sourcing tools such as Indeed and a CRM system (Bullhorn)
- Candidate phone prescreening up to 50 + calls daily
- Jobs knowledge to match candidates’ skills to current job openings
- Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Proficient data entry in a CRM
- Shadowing on interviews
- Help with job fairs and attend plant tours
