Our client, a manufacturer of highly engineered mechanical components in Painesville, OH, is seeking the right person to fill the role of a Sales Representative with their company.Â

JOB SUMMARY:
Sr. Sales Representative is responsible for total customer management under the direction of the Business Unit Manager. The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for overseeing & directing the overall daily activities of the Contract Administrator consistent with company policies, goals and objectives. Â
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for backlog management of all customers in business unit including monthly open order report review, bookings forecasting & ensuring order deliveries.
• Complies and conducts business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Promotes ethical behavior by acting with honesty and integrity
• Oversees the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
• Plan, prioritizes and delegates work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
• Ensures the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
• Reviews customer complaints
• Tracks customer complaint resolution
• Handles complex and escalated customer service issues
• Identifies and implements strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
• Identifies and addresses staff training and coaching needs
• Performs customer and internal duties as required.
• Completes a monthly report with metrics.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Commercial and military aerospace terms and conditions desirable.
• Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in customer service. Contract administrations desirable.
• Manufacturing operating systems
• Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Stress Tolerance
• Flexibility
