Our client, a manufacturer of highly engineered mechanical components in the Perry/Painesville area, is seeking the right person to fill the role of Scheduler/Expeditor with their company!Â

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows and audits flow of production orders through production process to assure the proper production schedule is followed.Â
- Contacts production department supervisors relative to availability of materials, delays, changing orders, and handling problems.Â
- Reports progress in regular reports to Production Manager.
- Determines and prepares schedules for continuous assembly, and or machining materials and parts availability, and the starting and completion dates of individual assemblies or manufacturing orders to meet production requirements.
- Investigates and analyzes production facilities and capacities and related data to establish sequence manufacturing time spans in proper relation to master schedules.Â
- Complies and conducts business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.Â
- Promotes ethical behavior by acting with honesty and integrity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Specific job duties require valid drivers license.
- Â Must be a US Person.Â
- Will be expected to track and move product as needed and maintain status updates to inform sales and customers as needed.
- PREFERRED EDUCATION:Â Â Bachelors degree
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  Two (2) years’ experience in materials.
