Job Description
Vector's partner located in Cleveland, OH, has been at the forefront of infrared combustion technology since 1957, boasting expertise in consumer heating products as well as heavy duty commercial and construction heating products.
They have a Shipping Associate position available for the right candidate!
Pay will be $17/hr. to start, with an increase at hire-in.
1st Shift 7a-3:30p
Job Summary:
The Shipping Associate II is responsible for preparing and expediting shipments based on customer orders with and/or without utilizing a tow motor. The Shipping Associate II must maintain a high level of accuracy, efficiency and productivity, as well as safety, while preparing product as directed by the system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
The Shipping Associate II is responsible for preparing and expediting shipments based on customer orders with and/or without utilizing a tow motor. The Shipping Associate II must maintain a high level of accuracy, efficiency and productivity, as well as safety, while preparing product as directed by the system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize the voice directed fulfillment picking system to pick items for orders.
- Utilize finger scanner to verify and record picks as directed by the RDS voice system.
- Lift and position cartons on the conveyor system.
- Follow established procedures for picking product as required by the system.
- Ensure accurate label placement and accurate counts.
- Responsible for inventory and order accuracy at all times.
- Utilize lift truck to pick and stage orders as necessary.
- Assist in any other areas of distribution as needed.
- Work overtime as needed.
- High School graduate or equivalent experience
- 1 year utilizing a computerized picking system is preferred
- Licensed lift truck driver is preferred
- Proficient Computer Skills
