Job Description
Our client, a manufacturer of highly engineered mechanical components in Euclid, OH, is seeking a Shipping specialist to join their talented team!
1st Shift M-F, with occasional OT
Hourly pay depends on experience
** Only those with experience in these skills will be considered for this position. **
Responsibilities:
- Pack and Ship product to meet customer delivery dates
- Generate Advance Shipping Notices (ASN's) per customer requirements
- Order and manage shipping supply inventory
- Cycle counts and audits
- Reports directly to Production Manager
- Works closely with Materials Manager on customer expedites
- Mainly UPS and FedEx shipments, both domestic and international
Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet the majority of the day
- 3-5 years shipping experience preferred
- Will Train, but must be computer proficient
- Aerospace customer shipping experience is a plus but not required
