Job Description
Vector's partner in Willoughby, OH, is a manufacturer of machined components for the mining, and construction industries.
Due to an upcoming retirement, they are seeking a self-directed Shipping Supervisor for their team, to work and train with the retiring employee until the incumbent retires in December.
 *This is not a Warehouse setting and experience with Shipping and Finishing in a metals shop is preferred.
1st Shift 6:30a-5:30p able to work 50 hours or more at times
Pay is dependent upon skill set.
In this supervisory role, you will lead and manage  3-4 employees in Shipping and Finishing. Following routers and process flow, your day will be split with  responsibilities of hands on managing, including:

Requirements for the successful candidate will include:
3-5 years’ experience
Shipping experience
Supervisor/Lead experience
Good computer/ERP skills

- PO generation
- Creating pack list
- ASN
- BOL
- And Finishing which consists of deburring, etching, rust prevention and palletizing.
