Job Description
Our client in Willoughby, Ohio specializes in providing process fluid heat transfer systems. They are currently holding interviews for an open Shipping/Receiving\Parts Clerk position!
1st Shift M-F 7a-3:30p
Qualifications:
Duties include but are not limited to:Â

Qualifications:
- Self-Motivated and Proactive
- Highly Detail Oriented and Organized
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Data entry and computer experience
- Must have experience with Logistics
- Forklift experience a must.Â
- Ability to multitask
- Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Be able to stand and work on feet for long hours (8-10 hours a day)
- Occasionally able to work outdoors in the elements when required when loading / unloading trucks in the shipping / receiving dock area.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legal to work in the United States
- Basic math skills
- Must have reliable transportation and be on time to work each day
Duties include but are not limited to:Â
- Forklift experience a must.Â
- Shipping: Scheduling carriers for Outbound Freight and processing Bills of Lading.
- Picking and packaging replacement parts Via: UPS – Fed-Ex – DHL
- Receiving: Responsible for receiving / inspection of Inbound Freight and either staging the material or placing to stock.
