As we continue to grow and expand our service offerings, we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our efforts in filling a range of skilled and technical positions.
Position Summary:
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing top-tier candidates across higher-level skilled and technical roles including Chemists, Maintenance Technicians, Procurement Specialists, Engineers, and other critical positions. You will partner closely with account managers and hiring stakeholders to ensure talent pipelines are strong, qualified, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and permanent roles in skilled trades, technical, and operational functions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing techniques including job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support negotiations between clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our ATS Bullhorn system.
• Provide market insights and collaborate on strategic hiring initiatives with the internal team.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, light industrial, or technical staffing (agency experience preferred).
• Proven ability to fill mid to senior-level roles such as Chemists, Maintenance Technicians, Procurement professionals, and Engineers.
• Strong sourcing skills with a knack for finding passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
