Responsibilities:
- The Associate’s duties and responsibilities will involve all areas of the plant including, but not limited to, the Wastewater Treatment Process.
- Associate will be directly responsible to the C.A.O.
- Associate will render services to the company in good faith, attending to those duties and responsibilities outlined below, as well as any additional duties as directed by the company, in compliance with company policies and procedures, and to the best of his abilities in a diligent, trustworthy, businesslike, and efficient manner.  The responsibilities and duties associated with this position are subject to change by the company at any time.Â
- Associate will work any shifts or days scheduled including Sundays and holidays as needed.
- Assure EPA compliance and continuous operation of the Wastewater Treatment Process.
- Keep current Class III Operator license.
- Adhere to ALL Human and Food Safety SOPs, GMPs, and SQF STANDARDS to keep all People and Products SAFE.
- Monitor CCPs and CQPs and follow RC guidelines for corrective actions.
