Our client, a leading innovator in engineered heat treating, brazing and metal finishing solutions is seeking a Coating Technician for a position at their plant in Willoughby, Ohio!

2nd Shift 
$19.05/hr. + $1 shift diff = $20.05/hr.
Must be able to train on 1st shift
 

Responsibilities:

• Properly prepare Gopalite Slurry, binder, and associated additives needed for the mixing process.
• Load and unload parts per work instructions.
• Master basic coating operations to attain production goals
• Follow production schedule
• Monitor all equipment gages throughout the shift and notify the Dept Supervisor of any anomalies.
• Maintain Lot control
• Have basic working knowledge of the use of various measurement instruments.
• Log daily activities
• Perform required material handling using a forklift or load cart when necessary.
• Assist production on Belt Furnaces

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of basic math and mechanical principles.
• Prior experience in a similar or related position is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.
• Must be able to lift 65 lbs. occasionally
