Vector Technical has partnered with one of the leading manufactures of a broad range of PVC sheets from the highest quality resin compounds, and they are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join their team!

Shift:  M-F 7a-3p
$23-$24/hr., depending upon experience and skills
$1000 bonus upon permanent hire-in
 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

• Loading outbound freight and unloading and counting inbound freight with tow motor. 
• Building and preparing pallets for shipping. 
• Staging material from production for shipment. 
• Loading materials into silo storage from bulk trucks. 
• Loading and unloading full and partial shipments. 
• Handle all shipping and receiving. 
• Staging and preparing materials for the following week of production. 
• Checking production orders. 
• Manage return to stock materials 
• Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the warehouse. 
• Training will include other duties on the production floor to help understand all positions and processes. 
• Inventory control – end of week and year end.  
• Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management. 

Skills and Requirements: 

• Tow motor driving 
• Must be able to read and write. 
• Must to able to self manage. 
• Must be able to read a tape measure 
• Proficient at basic math. 
• Must be able to work in a team environment 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Strong time management skills 
• Able to lift 50 pounds. 
• Able to use hand tools such as hammers, circular saw, table saw, band saw and nail gun 
• Able to multitask and self-organize 
• Must have worked in a general warehouse setting 
• Follow written safety procedures 
• Regular and punctual attendance  
• Overtime may be needed at times.  

 
Education Requirements 

• High school diploma/GED minimum 
• Fork lift certification a plus 
• Basic computer skills a plus
