Vector Technical's partner is the largest privately held Heat Treat company in the US. This stable manufacturing company in Willoughby, OH, is seeking Belt Furnace Operators for their busy operation!

3rd Shift 
$19.05/hr. plus $1.10/hr. shift diff = $20.15/hr.
** Base pay increases to $19.05/hr. upon hire-in **

Responsibilities of the Belt Furnace Operator:

• Safely operate forklift and material handling equipment to transport and setup material.
• Follow all safety rules and policies. 
• Move customer parts to the work area, visually inspect for defects, and position fixtures and parts. Load parts on the furnace belt as instructed on Shop Order.
• Follow and maintain QA standards and compliance requirements.
• Monitor the furnace adjusting process variables such as temperature, belt speed, hydrogen flow scopes, and current as required.
• Schedule and log daily activity detailing jobs processed on shop log
• Unload and package parts according to the Shop Order.
• Make sure all paperwork is filled out properly and completely.
• Help out in other areas and departments as needed.
• Keep area clean and organized at all times.  Support and adhere to 5-S mandates.
• Maintain traceability of all orders.

Requirements of the Belt Furnace Operator:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is essential for success
