Our client, a manufacturer of highly engineered mechanical components in the Perry/Painesville area, is seeking the right person to fill the role of Scheduler/Expeditor with their company! 

1st Shift 
Salary depends on experience 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follows and audits flow of production orders through production process to assure the proper production schedule is followed. 
• Contacts production department supervisors relative to availability of materials, delays, changing orders, and handling problems. 
• Reports progress in regular reports to Production Manager.
• Determines and prepares schedules for continuous assembly, and or machining materials and parts availability, and the starting and completion dates of individual assemblies or manufacturing orders to meet production requirements.
• Investigates and analyzes production facilities and capacities and related data to establish sequence manufacturing time spans in proper relation to master schedules. 
• Complies and conducts business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 
• Promotes ethical behavior by acting with honesty and integrity.

• Specific job duties require valid drivers license.
•  Must be a US Person. 
• Will be expected to track and move product as needed and maintain status updates to inform sales and customers as needed.
• PREFERRED EDUCATION:  Bachelors degree
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  Two (2) years' experience in materials.
