Vector Technical, a 33-year Manufacturing and Light Industrial Staffing Firm in Willoughby Ohio, is looking to add an onsite Sourcing Specialist.  

In this role, you will be trained to work alongside Account Managers and Recruiters in a professional, fast-paced Team environment to source and match candidates' skills to career openings with over 50 Manufacturing companies in Northeast Ohio.  Learning about job skills and how manufactured products in Northeast Ohio are produced, you will use this knowledge and follow phone screening scripts to prescreen and schedule candidates into our office.

Your day while working with Account Managers and Recruiters would include:

• Utilizing sourcing tools such as Indeed and a CRM system (Bullhorn)
• Candidate phone prescreening up to 35 + calls daily
• Job knowledge to match candidates' skills to current job openings
• Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Proficient data entry in a CRM
• Shadowing on interviews
• Help with job fairs and attend plant tours
