Vector's partner is in need of an Epoxy/Paint Operator which will be responsible for the preparation, coating, and finishing of metal components and enclosures used in high-performance power distribution systems. Your work will directly contribute to the durability, safety, and appearance of mission-critical equipment.

2nd Shift - (2p-12:30a) - Starting at $23/hr.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare parts by masking, cleaning, sanding, and bead blasting
• Apply epoxy or paint using proper mixing ratios and techniques
• Operate dispensing and paint line equipment safely and accurately
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow build specs, safety data sheets (SDS), and digital instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Assist teammates with setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Use PPE and tools correctly and follow all safety guidelines

• Experience in manufacturing or similar hands-on work.
• High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts
• Good hand-eye coordination and vision for detailed inspection
