Vector Technical's partner is an equipment manufacturer in the mobile food service industry.  They are looking for the right person to join their team as a Quality Control Supervisor.  The Quality Control Supervisor will develop, implement and manage quality systems designed to ensure continuous production of material and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional root cause investigations for significant customer, quality, supplier, and operational performance issues.
• Lead company safety initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, promote safe work practices, and support compliance with applicable requirements.
• Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service.
• Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish the quality and reliability of the finished product.
• Formulate, document and maintain quality standards and objectives.
• Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the director of manufacturing to maximize production reliability and minimize cost.
• Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
• Provide and oversee inspection activities throughout the production cycle.
• Interact with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts.
• Maintain an active role on internal continuous improvement teams.
