Vector Technical's partner is an equipment manufacturer in the mobile food service industry.  They are looking for the right person to join their team as a Parts and Service Customer Care Specialist. 
The Parts and Service Customer Care Specialist will provide timely parts and equipment information to service technicians, arts dealers and end users.  They will also process customer orders, and provide technical troubleshooting via the phone when necessary.

Direct Hire
1st Shift  7:30a-4:30p OR 8a-5p
$26.34/hr.

Responsibilities:
*    Responds to field customer issues, parts distributor inquiries, field sales and field service agency inquiries and provides troubleshooting over the phone and via email
*    Processes customer parts orders and warranty part returns 
*    Works with engineering to uncover solutions to technical issues that arise in the field
*    May test faulty returned parts for validation
*    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
*   Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one year to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*   Basic Microsoft Office skills
*   Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
*   Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, business plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak well, with emphasis on phone etiquette
