Customer Service Specialist
A partner to Vector Technical Inc., an equipment manufacturer in the mobile food service industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist in Mentor, Ohio. This role is vital in providing exceptional support to internal teams and external customers, ensuring smooth communication for equipment, shipping, and order statuses.

Shift: Full-time
Pay Rate: $50,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding equipment, shipping, orders, and parts
• Process customer orders and prepare written quotations for sales teams, distributors, and end-users
• Coordinate export shipments, including documentation, freight estimates, and liaising with freight forwarders
• Manage daily export sales activities, project follow-ups, and reporting
• Assist with trade show coordination, setup, and teardown
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing to provide product specifications and shipping information
• Maintain accurate records within CRM (Syteline) system
• Contribute to staff, production, and sales meetings

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent from a technical college, or 1-3 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Syteline/Goldman
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting technical documents and engaging effectively with diverse audiences
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple priorities
